We begin with paying close attention to our land stewardship, in order to keep progress we have to take care of the land by implementing environmentally friendly practices. This land produces all the pasture grasses, winter forage and grains in which we feed our cattle.
Our cattle are produced with the best Hereford genetics we can use to create the quality traits needed for the ideal cut of beef! Our cattle are raised here from calves until harvest. The majority of their life is spent on grass and forages before being finished on grain for that perfect added flavor. Our steers are finished with a Barley and oat mix. We prefer barley over corn as it puts a more even finish on the cattle while adding extra flavor. The even finish from the barley ensures your getting full flavor red meat without the waste!
Our beef is all USDA processed and vacuum sealed to assure nothing but the best for your family and ours!!
